I have a financial hold or an issue on my library account. What do I do?

Answer

If you have a financial hold or an issue on your library account, please contact us in one of the following ways:

  • Visit the Circulation Desk on the Main Level of the library during open hours.

  • Call the Circulation Desk at (626) 585-7174

  • Email Circulation at PCCLibrary@pasadena.edu. Please provide your name, and student I.D. number OR library card number (for public patrons). A library staff member will respond to you as soon as possible.
