My hotspot stopped working. What do I do?

Hotspots obtained from PCC will keep functioning until June 30, 2024. It is not necessary to bring back your hotspot or exchange it for another one between semesters. Also, you will not need to return the hotspot once it has expired on June 30, 2024. Hotspots were distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Lost, damaged or stolen hotspots cannot be replaced. 

At the time hotspots were distributed, students were advised to take a photo of the form they completed to receive the hotspot, using their smartphone. This form had a service provider number and additional information specific to each individual hotspot. If you have that information available, please call the service provider number for assistance with troubleshooting the device. Otherwise, you can contact the ITS department for further assistance:
